Job Title: Senior Java Developer / Technical Lead

Workplace Type: Hybrid

Location: India (Preferably Hyderabad / Pune)

Role Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications.
• Architect and develop microservices to improve application performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews to ensure quality.
• Develop RESTful APIs for external and internal applications.
• Guide and mentor junior developers to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Ensure application security and compliance with best practices.
• Analyze and improve system performance and user experience.
• Manage technical debt and refactoring as necessary.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment.
• Document application processes and technical specifications.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Facilitate troubleshooting and debugging of applications.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Java development.
• Proficient in Spring, Hibernate, and related frameworks.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture.
• Experience with REST API design and development.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience in Agile software development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Prior experience in a technical lead or mentoring role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is desirable.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality software on time and within scope.
