Job Title: Java Developer (Spring Boot) – Contract Location: Gurgaon, India Experience: 5+ years Employment Type: Contract Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with expertise in Spring Boot to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development experience, be proficient in Java and microservices, and have a solid understanding of cloud technologies. Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain high-performance, scalable Java applications using Spring Boot. Design and implement microservices architecture with RESTful APIs. Optimize and enhance application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability. Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and product management. Implement security and data protection best practices. Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Work with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Required Skills: Strong proficiency in Java (JDK 8 or above). Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Security. Experience with Microservices architecture and REST API development. Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus. Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.). Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of front-end technologies (Angular, React) is a plus. Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).
