Job Opportunity: Java Developer

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our team working on global FX trade reporting systems. Your job will be to build and improve software that helps us meet international financial regulations. You’ll work closely with business and tech teams to make sure our systems are reliable, accurate, and fully compliant.

Location: Cracow, hybrid model (office visits 2 times per week)

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement technical solutions based on regulatory and business needs.
• Collaborate with FX business and support teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify and fix data/process gaps to meet reporting requirements.
• Support GFX regulatory project development and system architecture.
• Work in a global Agile team, delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Java 11+.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, Sybase, etc.).
• Experience with XML, REST APIs, and messaging technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile development.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Open, adaptable, and eager to learn.
