Senior Java developer looking for a career change to become a Salesforce developer at Intellect Choice IT Solutions. The role is located in Colombo and has some work-from-home flexibility.

🔧 Technical Skills:

• Apex Programming: Salesforce’s Java-like proprietary language.
• Visualforce & Lightning Components (Aura/LWC): For UI development in Salesforce.
• SOQL/SOSL: Salesforce-specific query languages.
• Salesforce Platform Configuration: Understanding of objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, flows, etc.
• API Integration: Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for integrating Salesforce with external systems.
• JavaScript, HTML, CSS: Especially if working with Lightning Web Components.
• Data Modeling & Management: Familiarity with data architecture, security models, and record-level access.

🧠 Soft & Transferable Skills:

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams (e.g., Admins, Architects, Product Owners)

💼 Experience:

• Prior experience working with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to design scalable solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Experience customizing or extending Salesforce functionalities.
