Job Title: Senior Java Developer

Mode of work: WFO (5 days from office)

Job Overview

1. Should be able to drive analysis & solutioning with the team and clients

2. Proficient and hands on with Kubernetes

3. Experience in Devops technologies like helm charts

4. Should be comfortable in evaluating and picking up new technologies

5. Experience in designing databases at scale

6. Reasonable understanding of performance tuning of DB queries

Work with Data Engineers to deliver end to end solutions, ensuring the recommendation engine

can handle large traffic volumes. Implement APIs to be consumed by the UI slates where

recommendations are shown. Setup observability solution to monitor recommendation accuracy,

user satisfaction and system performance over time.

Must have skills:

● Java, APIs

● Kubernetes and related tech (Non negotiable)

● Designing, scaling and optimizing databases (Non negotiable)

● GCP or other clouds

Good to have skills:

● Vector DB, No SQL DB

● Exp or knowledge in building search/recommendation solutions

● Knowledge of E-Comm / Retail domain.
