Computer Courage is currently searching for a new senior technician to join our growing IT support team. The technician will perform business IT services and support to our customers: Job Responsibilities Provide IT services and support to Computer Courage business clients Provide support, leadership, and training to help desk technicians Manage, work, and track tickets in an MSP ticketing system Manage, monitor, and document client IT hardware, software, and services Resolve escalated tickets from Level I technicians with Services Manager Participate in IT project planning and execution with Project Manager Act as a primary technician and point of contact for multiple dedicated accounts Work in our Emeryville office and at client sites Qualifications and Skills Strong customer service, communication skills and organizational skills Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Apple OS X Demonstrated knowledge of Windows Server and OS X Server Demonstrated knowledge of computer networking Experience with cloud technology administration Experience with ticketing systems and queues Ability to consult, plan, and execute IT strategy with clients 5+ years experience in the IT industry, MSP experience preferred Good documentation skills, attention to detail Access to a car, a valid US driver’s license, and car insurance Must be eager to work hard, to learn many new skills, solve problems, and work efficiently in a managed services environment Compensation and Benefits $45 per hour or higher, dependent on experience Company health insurance plans Retirement plan with employer contribution Paid time off and sick leave Personalized workspaces (stand or sit, etc.) Friendly, innovative team members and work environment Opportunities for education and certification Snacks and drinks always available Learn more about working at Computer Courage on our Careers Center Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45.00 per hour
