IT and Security Infrastructure Lead

This position is responsible for shaping and managing secure, scalable IT infrastructure to support a high-performing, compliant organization. The role involves creating strategies for IT systems, implementing cybersecurity best practices, and driving compliance with frameworks such as ITAR and NIST 800-171.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing secure IT infrastructure to enable efficient workflows.
• Achieving compliance with cybersecurity frameworks through policies, controls, and tools.
• Implementing automation for IT processes and integrating AI platforms.
• Supporting government program requirements related to cybersecurity and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in cybersecurity, expertise in programming and cloud platforms, and experience leading compliance efforts in a growing organization.
