Senior IT Project Manager – Hybrid | Woburn, MA

Hybrid – Woburn, MA (In office Tuesday–Thursday, remote Monday & Friday)

We are currently seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to join our IT team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who can deliver quality software solutions that provide measurable business value. You will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating project activities to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.

Salesforce experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead IT portfolio management activities in collaboration with business and IT leaders.
• Identify and scope project opportunities, develop business cases, and define strategy for delivery.
• Analyze project proposals to determine timelines, budget, staffing, and resource needs.
• Manage systems/application development projects from initiation to implementation, including:
• Developing work plans and assigning personnel
• Defining deliverables and setting milestones
• Managing team performance and ensuring execution
• Monitoring project health and adjusting as needed
• Reporting progress to IT and business leadership
• Proactively escalate project issues (timing, budget, resources, scope, etc.) to upper management.
• Prepare regular project status reports and portfolio summaries.
• Conduct customer surveys to measure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead problem-solving efforts and ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with business needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 7 years of IT project management experience.
• Experience in the tower industry, operations, leasing, or real estate is a plus.
• Master’s degree in business or management preferred.
• PMP certification is strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 10% is needed.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
