A Senior IT Network Engineer is someone able to share his/her networking expertise and experience, specifically in providing technical guidance and management to help support the organizational networking and IT infrastructure requirements and further secure the company's business. The Senior IT Network Engineer is an effective and organized technical professional who can multi-task duties but is still able to complete requirements accurately and deliver them with high quality and in a timely manner. He / She is experienced with exercising sound judgment and providing IT Security and Networking solutions in various security situations, exhibiting a wide degree of analysis, innovation, and resourcefulness to gather and present data in a manner that will be understood comprehensively by the targeted audience. He / She is reliable, wherever required, and is able to work on complex network issues and related tasks or services with limited supervision. Requirements Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent, with at least 5 years of relevant job experience in Network Engineering roles or in related fields Proficient in networking technologies and systems, including security devices, switches, equipment, and access points, with hands-on and proven experience in designing, implementing, configuring, and maintaining office facility network to meet the organization’s requirements as well as achieve its optimal performance and reliability Demonstrates great understanding of TCP / IP Networking, VLANS, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, network monitoring and management tools, software solutions, and with enthusiasm for new technologies Exhibits in-depth knowledge on network security principles, routing protocols, network best practices, and industry standards and regulations Familiar with Cybersecurity Framework and certified in various CISCO programs (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, etc.) are highly desirable Highly functional and motivated, and with excellent command of written and spoken English to effectively communicate and interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders, especially when presenting data and concepts With excellent problem-solving skills, keen attention to details, self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment With clean record and has high levels of discretion, confidentiality, integrity, discipline, and professionalism Has a positive attitude and team spirit Must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig City
