Partner with the headquarters team to formulate and implement the regional IT strategy in harmony with global goals.
Create and revise IT-related policies and procedures to accommodate the growth of operations across Asia.
Supervise infrastructure, cloud services, applications, and IT service delivery to ensure smooth business functions.
Guarantee that IT security measures meet industry standards and comply with regulatory requirements as well as company policies.
Spearhead projects aimed at modernizing IT systems to boost efficiency and foster business growth through technology.
Oversee IT budgets, negotiate with vendors, and optimize technology investments effectively.
Cultivate and mentor a high-performing IT team, promoting innovation and teamwork.
Serve as a key consultant to business units, ensuring IT solutions align with commercial and operational objectives.
Perform additional tasks and projects as directed by company management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
At least 10 years of IT experience with more than 5 years of experience in managing a regional IT function, preferably in a multinational or regional role in the retail industry.
Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
Proven ability to lead digital transformation projects across multiple geographies.
Experience in managing IT budgets and vendor relationships.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with strong problem solving skills.
Fluent in English / Cantonese / Mandarin.
