Responsibilities:

• Partner with the headquarters team to formulate and implement the regional IT strategy in harmony with global goals.
• Create and revise IT-related policies and procedures to accommodate the growth of operations across Asia.
• Supervise infrastructure, cloud services, applications, and IT service delivery to ensure smooth business functions.
• Guarantee that IT security measures meet industry standards and comply with regulatory requirements as well as company policies.
• Spearhead projects aimed at modernizing IT systems to boost efficiency and foster business growth through technology.
• Oversee IT budgets, negotiate with vendors, and optimize technology investments effectively.
• Cultivate and mentor a high-performing IT team, promoting innovation and teamwork.
• Serve as a key consultant to business units, ensuring IT solutions align with commercial and operational objectives.
• Perform additional tasks and projects as directed by company management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• At least 10 years of IT experience with more than 5 years of experience in managing a regional IT function, preferably in a multinational or regional role in the retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
• Proven ability to lead digital transformation projects across multiple geographies.
• Experience in managing IT budgets and vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with strong problem solving skills.
• Fluent in English / Cantonese / Mandarin.
