The company Serviceflex Solutions India Pvt Ltd is looking for Chief Technology Officer (CTO) or Senior IT Architect.

Qualification Level:

Education:

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a top-tier institution (e.g., IITs, NITs, or global equivalents)
• Additional certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or TOGAF Certified
  
  

Experience:

• 15+ years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., CTO, Senior IT Architect, or IT Director)
• Proven track record of managing large-scale IT projects, leading cross-functional teams, and driving technology innovation within large enterprises
  
  
  

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Deep expertise in enterprise architecture, including designing and implementing scalable IT infrastructure
• Advanced knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) with extensive experience in cloud migration, deployment, and management
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, and JavaScript
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, with experience in implementing robust security measures across enterprise systems
• Experience with AI/ML technologies and their application in enhancing business processes
  
  

Leadership & Soft Skills:

• Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to lead and inspire large IT teams across multiple geographic locations
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on leveraging technology to drive business growth
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in change management and driving digital transformation initiatives within large organizations
  
  

Additional Requirements:

• Experience working in a global environment with a diverse team
• Availability for relocation to Russian Federation or willingness to travel frequently to the headquarters
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Russian or another foreign language is an advantage
