Post: Senior Interior Designer (Spatial Flow Specialist)

Location: Noida Sector 45 

Experience: Minimum 7 years 

Qualification: Degree in Interior Design / Architecture

Salary: Upto 80k

Week off: Sunday

Note: Must have experience in Residential projects.

Skills:

1. Proficiency in 2D & 3D software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max).

2. Good knowledge of material applications.

3. Experience in BOQ preparation and vendor coordination.

4. Must have handled team & Assist technically. 

Job Responsibilities:

1) Design & Concept Development.

2) Create detailed 2D & 3D layouts, technical drawings, and working drawings.

3) Communicate with clients to understand and translate their vision into functional designs.

4) Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and material specialists and contractors for on-site execution to source high-quality finishes.

5) Develop creative, functional, and visually compelling design layouts.

6) Prepare mood boards, presentations, and design proposals tailored to client needs.

7) Conduct site visits and supervise implementation to maintain design integrity.

8) Candidate should be able to lead the team of designers to get design conclusions in stipulated timelines .

9) Should be able to identify new materials and its sources to keep updated with dynamics of the industry.
