Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and technically proficient Interior Designer with a strong background in designing commercial buildings, hospitals, and healthcare institutions. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of aesthetic vision, functional space planning, and regulatory understanding to create innovative, efficient, and user-friendly environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for commercial buildings, corporate offices, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants to understand project requirements and deliver tailored design solutions.
• Prepare material specifications, mood boards, finish schedules, and 3D visualizations.
• Ensure design compliance with local codes, healthcare regulations, and building standards.
• Space planning and zoning to optimize functionality, especially in healthcare environments (patient flow, accessibility, infection control, etc.).
• Coordinate and supervise the implementation of interior design during the construction phase.
• Select and specify furniture, fixtures, lighting, and equipment suitable for both commercial and medical environments.
• Maintain project documentation and adhere to schedules and budgets.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in interior design or architecture.
• 12–15 years of professional experience with a strong portfolio in commercial and healthcare projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare facility planning, commercial design trends, and building codes.
• Excellent communication, client presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
