Key Responsibilities:

• Lead interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring creative and technical excellence.
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, present proposals, and manage expectations.
• Supervise junior designers and coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare and review detailed drawings, material selections, and BOQs.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and align with the design vision.
• Stay updated with trends, materials, and technologies in interior design.

Requirements:

• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 2+ years of experience in interior design, including leadership of major projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing residential, commercial, or hospitality design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, project management, and client-handling skills.
