SENIOR INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER
Location (any): Mandaluyong, Clark, Tarlac, or Cebu
Work Arrangement: Full time, hybrid
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7AM-4PM
Responsibilities
Instructional Design
+ Ensure learning programs align to business and learning outcomes.
+ Collaboration with Head of Learning Experience and Subject Matter Experts to design and develop engaging and sustainable learning
solutions to meet ROI outcomes.
+ Create and develop learner-centric programs that clients view as a valuable benefit and are embraced to increase the effectiveness of
teams.
Operational Effectiveness
+ Create the pillars, guidelines, and frameworks for amazing learning design.
+ Delivery of multiple learning development projects concurrently.
+ Assist in managing Instructional design projects from end-to-end.
Team and Product Leadership
+ Responsible for monitoring direct reports and their work, and progressive development and/or discipline of direct staff.
+ Role-model company values, culture, and service standards.
+ Upskill Learning Experience team in best practice design.

Key Qualifications/Experience:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, or related field is required.
+ 5+ years in instructional design, curriculum development, and e-learning; project management experience.
+ Proficient in e-learning tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate), LMS, SCORM/AICC standards, and multimedia design software (Adobe
Creative Suite).
+ Expertise in learning principles, instructional design models, and creating storyboards and prototypes.
+ Strong organizational skills, experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) and problem-solving abilities.
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication, collaboration with stakeholders, and conducting needs assessments.
+ Analytical, creative, adaptable, and strong leadership and mentoring skills.
