• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Exchange environments (Exchange 2019 on-prem and Office 365) with a focus on reliability and performance.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Microsoft Graph API to support automation and advanced reporting needs.
• Independently lead end-to-end solution delivery, including planning, deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills.
