Job Details

The AEC is seeking experienced Infrastructure Engineers to manage and improve system infrastructure, including on-premises server and storage systems, multi-cloud infrastructure, Office 365 applications, standard operating environments, and end-user device management. These roles are part of the Indigo Program, a major transformation initiative aimed at modernising electoral ICT systems.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain Azure cloud and hybrid solutions
• Resolve issues and propose infrastructure improvements
• Optimise Azure and public cloud resource performance and cost-effectiveness
• Create and maintain documentation including design and as-built configurations
• Implement and manage security controls in line with PSPF, ISM and Essential 8

• Strong knowledge and experience working in IT Infrastructure Engineer roles, deploying, testing, and maintaining enterprise-scale ICT environments
