The Role

Project Manager with experience in IT and/ or Cybersecurity projects

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to lead IT and digital transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of technology-driven change management.

include medium to high project management experience in programs or projects related to Cybersecurity and/or IT and/or Digital consulting, ideally including implementation of software solutions and assets. The right candidate should preferably hold a top-notch PM certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver IT and digital transformation projects, managing the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Identify and mitigate risks while resolving project issues efficiently.
• Ensure effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting plans as needed to meet goals.
• Oversee budget management and ensure financial controls are adhered to.
• Drive the adoption of agile methodologies and digital tools to optimize project delivery.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing IT or digital transformation projects.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, or PMI methodologies.
• Medium to high project management experience in programs or projects related to Cybersecurity and/or IT and/or Digital consulting
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Experience in the implementation of software solutions and assets.
• Experience in leading digital initiatives like ERP, CRM, or cloud migrations is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
