Job Title: Senior Implementation Trainer – Workforce Management
Location: Remote (Preference for candidates in EST time zone)
Job Type: Contract (6 months)
Hours: 20–40 hours/week (No weekends or overtime expected)
Shift: 8 AM – 5 PM EST (1-hour lunch)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Implementation Trainer with strong experience in Workforce Management (WFM) systems to deliver high-quality, virtual training sessions. This role plays a critical part in enabling internal teams and partners to effectively configure and implement WFM solutions that align with client business needs. The ideal candidate brings a mix of hands-on training expertise and implementation experience in a SaaS or technical environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver virtual, instructor-led training sessions for internal teams and partners using MS Teams or Zoom.
• Provide training during 2 weeks per month; focus on preparation and administrative work during the remaining time.
• Achieve and maintain course certifications and stay updated on product enhancements and industry trends.
• Address participant questions and provide expert guidance to ensure training effectiveness and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with implementation goals.
• Continuously enhance training materials and methodologies for greater impact.
• Take on special projects as needed and remain adaptable to shifting priorities.

Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of experience delivering virtual SaaS or technical product training, preferably in HR, WFM, or operations platforms.
• Hands-on experience training or implementing a workforce management system (e.g., as a trainer, implementer, or power user).
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient with MS Teams, Zoom, and presentation tools such as PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
• Previous experience as a client-side user or trainer of WFM software.
• Background in SaaS implementation or change enablement.
• Familiarity with training content tools (e.g., Canva, LMS platforms).
