Salary: £85,000-£95,000 DOE

A leading player in the global cross-border payments space is seeking an experienced Senior Implementation Manager to join their growing team. In this key role, you’ll be instrumental in crafting and delivering customized payment solutions for high-profile enterprise clients.

Bringing deep expertise across acquiring, issuing, and the broader payments ecosystem, you'll collaborate with major marketplaces and platforms to enhance their payment acceptance and processing strategies.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Implementation Manager include:

• Partner with enterprise clients to understand their acquiring and issuing requirements, transaction flows, and operational challenges
• Deliver data-driven recommendations on payment optimization, including cost structures (e.g. interchange and scheme fees) and settlement processes
• Support API integration planning, implementation, and troubleshooting for complex enterprise setups
• Develop and provide technical documentation, training, and ongoing support to both internal teams and external stakeholders

Key Requirements of the Senior Implementation Manager include:

• 6+ years of experience in payments or fintech, with a strong focus on enterprise-level acquiring and issuing solutions
• Proven track record working with large digital platforms, marketplaces, or omnichannel retailers
• In-depth knowledge of card schemes, payment processors, and API-based integrations
• Strong understanding of the global acquiring and issuing landscape
• Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
