Are you ready to join a growing team at the forefront of energy-efficient HVAC solutions?

We're looking for a Field Service Engineer to support the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of our cutting-edge Nilan Compact P systems and other high-performance heat pump and ventilation solutions across both residential and commercial projects.

You’ll also take on a supervisory role with a small in-house engineering team, providing technical leadership and helping shape the delivery of our national aftercare and maintenance service.

• Commissioning and servicing heat pump and ventilation systems

• Working across both residential and commercial sites

• Diagnosing and resolving faults quickly and professionally

• Supervising and mentoring a small in-house engineering team

• Providing training and support to installation teams and partners

• Supporting documentation and communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams

• Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience with HVAC, MVHR and heat pump systems

• Strong background in fault-finding, diagnostics, and commissioning

• F-Gas certification is essential (must be valid and up to date)

• Experience in both residential and commercial settings

• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience (a bonus, but not essential)

• Familiarity with low-energy or smart systems (advantageous)

• Full UK driving licence
