The Role:

As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll be the backbone of our talent acquisition efforts. From sourcing top kitchen and delivery talent to hiring office staff and managing our people pipeline, you’ll help shape the future of Stiq. You’ll work closely with our leadership team to attract, assess, and onboard candidates who match our culture and ambitions.

What You'll Do:

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across all departments (kitchen, delivery, operations, office).
• Build strategic hiring plans to support expansion across Attica.
• Source talent through job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate fit.
• Improve and manage the candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Partner with department heads to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles.
• Track and report recruiting KPIs to leadership.

What You Bring:

• 3–5+ years of HR recruiting experience (experience in F&B, logistics, or hospitality is a plus).
• Proven success hiring high-volume roles and specialized talent.
• Deep understanding of the Greek labor market and local hiring regulations.
• Strong communication skills in Greek and English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• A passion for people and building strong, diverse teams.
