To oversee and advise assigned line department and staff on all HR operations/matters for smooth transitioning and acceptance of human resources strategies and initiatives in support of SC's business objectives.
Build continuous and effective engagement with Business Group/line departments and center of expertise in addressing concerns and needs in implementing various HR initiatives.
Engage in discussions to obtain insights and views of line departments and staff on relevant HR matters/initiatives to obtain buy-in and positive implementation.
Establish and maintain positive working relations with line departments/staff to uphold and achieve department objectives.
Act as a mediator between the line departments and center of expertise on the relevant policies, procedures and processes as well as proactively manage administer, risks and issues, to maintain staff confidence, discipline and support to ensure an environment of integrity, respect, collaboration and effective communication.
Assist line departments to identify and operationalise manpower and capability needs.
Provide end-to-end HR/People service enabling the assigned BG to deliver their targets/goals.

Required Skills
Qualified and/or certified industrial relations practitioner with substantial technical experience in handling consequence management process and management of work performance improvement.
Skills in dispute resolution in relation to industrial relations will be an added advantage.
