Job Description:
The Senior Director of People and Culture will lead the strategic vision for all people-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational values and goals. This role is responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies for talent acquisition, engagement, leadership development, and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture across our domestic and international operations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Strategic Leadership:
● Develop and execute a comprehensive people and culture strategy that aligns with the organization's mission, vision, and growth objectives.
● Collaborate with executive leadership to drive organizational change, foster employee engagement, and promote a culture of innovation.
Talent Acquisition & Development:
● Oversee global talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
● Implement leadership development programs to build strong pipelines of future leaders.
● Develop succession planning frameworks and career development initiatives.
Culture & Engagement:
● Design programs and strategies that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
● Lead initiatives to strengthen alignment with organizational values, emphasizing collaboration, compassion, and innovation.
HR Operations:
● Ensure HR policies and practices comply with labor laws.
● Oversee the development and execution of competitive compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
● Streamline HR operations for consistency and scalability.
Performance Management:
● Oversee the implementation of effective performance management systems.
● Provide coaching and mentorship to leadership teams to foster continuous improvement.
Global Alignment:
● Build and maintain cross-cultural communication strategies to ensure alignment and collaboration across international teams.
● Lead integration efforts for new locations or mergers and acquisitions.
MARGINAL / NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
● Daily operations of the office including but not limited to: housekeeping, restocking office, restroom or break room supplies, etc.
● Check and respond to emails in a timely manner
● Attend routine company-wide and departmental staff meetings as well as one on one meetings with direct manager
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Education
● Bachelor’s Degree (Required) – A degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
● Master’s Degree (Preferred) – A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or similar
Experience
● 10+ Years of HR Experience – Experience in multiple HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, compensation, and compliance.
● 5+ Years in Leadership Roles – Proven leadership experience in managing HR teams, policies, and company-wide HR strategies.
● Strategic HR Leadership – Experience aligning HR practices with business objectives, workforce planning, and organizational development.
● Change Management & Culture Building – Leading initiatives related to employee engagement, leadership development, and company culture transformation.
● Compliance & Legal Expertise – Strong knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, etc.) and regulatory compliance.
