Summary

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or other relevant majors.

2. Have good interpersonal skills.

3. Able to work in a team or individually.

4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, MS 365)

5. Have experience operating HRIS Talenta.

6. Able to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive data related to employees and the company.

7. Domiciled in Surabaya or willing to be placed in the Surabaya office.

Job Description

1. Manage attendance, leave, employee data, including updates to personal information, employment contracts, and other employee-related data in HRIS Talenta.

2. Carry out payroll processes and ensure the accuracy of data related to payroll calculations (salary, overtime, incentives, bonuses, BPJS contributions, pph21) in HRIS Talenta.

3. Coordinate with the Jakarta HR Team and HR Site to ensure the validity of employee database and payroll process component data.

4. Manage BPJS Employment and Health programs.

5. Responsible for managing office facilities, including maintenance of Surabaya Buildings, Vehicles and office equipment.

6. Other work according to the direction of the leadership related to the HRGA area.
