The Senior HR Specialist in the area of learning and development is responsible for capturing development needs from the business and supporting the performance management process. Delivers coaching and mentoring sessions to the employees and team leaders, and assessment and feedback sessions.
Tasks:
Full responsibility of the L&D process within the local organization
Support managers in ordering and organizing training activities and conferences for employees
Cooperation with vendors (language classes, external workshops, conferences, trainers, etc.)
Managing the talent management process (annual assessment, target setting, development plans etc.)
Preparing the training plans for the local organization
Reporting in the area of L&D
Supporting the leadership development programs (and others)
Moderating of leadership community and participating in other communities for knowledge sharing (i.e., CIONET, competencies ambassadors)
Tools’ management (e-learning, Udemy and talent management platforms)
Supporting other HR processes (onboarding, off-boarding, recruitment).
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Specialist
At least 4 years of experience directly in the area of L&D
Excellent organization and follow-up skills to coordinate program efforts
Fluent knowledge of English (oral and written)
At least a Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education / HRM / Psychology or similar
Strong time management skills with great attention to detail and analytical skills with a high degree of professionalism
Good Excel skills is a must
Experience in an international environment
Self-starter with an innovative approach to designing solutions
Experience as an Internal Trainer will be an additional asset
Open for work in the hybride mode (office in Warsaw, min. twice per week)
