Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the employee movement including but not limited to transfer, promotion and termination
  • Assist in C&B initiatives such as annual pay review, bonus process, benefits scheme renewal
  • Develop and review HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
  • Formulate, consolidate and prepare HR analytic reports with data insights
  • Make use of effective methods for data presentation
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR ASSIGNMENTS as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in compensation and benefits
  • Strong data analytical and presentation skills
  • Organised and detail-oriented
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Solid experience in SAP Success Factor is preferred
  • Experience in Power BI or HR Dashboard is a plus
  • Candidates will more experience will be considered as Human Resources Specialist
