Job Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the employee movement including but not limited to transfer, promotion and termination
Assist in C&B initiatives such as annual pay review, bonus process, benefits scheme renewal
Develop and review HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
Formulate, consolidate and prepare HR analytic reports with data insights
Make use of effective methods for data presentation
Participate in ad-hoc HR ASSIGNMENTS as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree holder
Minimum 3 years of work experience in compensation and benefits
Strong data analytical and presentation skills
Organised and detail-oriented
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Solid experience in SAP Success Factor is preferred
Experience in Power BI or HR Dashboard is a plus
Candidates will more experience will be considered as Human Resources Specialist
