Job Title: Senior Healthcare Analyst

Location: Palm Desert, CA (100% Remote - must reside in California)

Compensation Range: $43.00 - $53.00/hour

About The Role

As a Senior Healthcare Analyst, you'll take your skills to the next level by developing predictive analytics models, automating processes, and driving impactful insights. This is an opportunity to work on exciting projects like contract performance analysis, data architecture, and advanced machine learning-all while collaborating with a dynamic team.

What You'll Do

• Compile and interpret financial data to aid in decision-making.
• Analyze professional and facility contracts to enhance performance.
• Architect and ensure the accuracy of analytics reporting databases.
• Build predictive models using machine learning algorithms.
• Extract, process, and validate data for actionable insights.
• Develop reports and dashboards to share with stakeholders.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Master's preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years in analytics, finance, or healthcare; 2+ years in predictive analytics is a plus. Knowledge of healthcare industry is required.
• Tech Skills: Advanced SQL & Excel required; Tableau/Power BI, and programming knowledge in Python or R preferred.
• Abilities: Strong critical thinking, effective communication, and team collaboration skills.
