Responsibilities:

  • Requirement and Design Analysis : Analyze product requirements and customer requirements as well as the electronics design(schematics, interfaces, connectors)
  • Innovate and Test: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and validation protocols to ensure our cutting-edge electronic systems and components meet the highest standards of performance and reliability while also ensuring compliance with requirements and compliance with
  • Analyze and Validate: Conduct rigorous testing and validation of electronic circuits, systems, and products using state-of-the-art equipment, methodologies and industry standard compliance documents. Analyze test data, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to optimize product performance
  • Electronic Standards and Compliances: Ensure all tests are conducted according to the regional and/or industry compliances and validation processes adhere to key automotive standards such as ISO 26262 (Functional Safety), IATF 16949 (Quality Management), Design Validation process
  • Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with design, development, and manufacturing teams to provide critical feedback and insights. Communicate test results and validation findings effectively to cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement
  • Solve and Troubleshoot: Identify and diagnose electronic system issues through meticulous testing and validation. Brianstorm innovative solutions to address and resolve complex technical problems
  • Document and Report: Create detailed test reports, validation documentation, and technical summaries. Ensure all findings and processes are thoroughly documented and compliant with industry standards and regulations
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep abreast of the latest advancements in electronics testing, validation technologies, and industry trends. Proactively implement best practices and cutting-edge techniques to maintain our competitive edge


Requirements

Must-have Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Embedded Systems Engineering or equivalent higher education required
  • Experience with electronics/electrical design & product validation plan definition & execution
  • Compliance Standards such as IEC61000, ISO 10605, ISO 11452, ISO 11452-2, CISPR 25, ISO 16750, IEC 60068
  • Experience with testing of mixed signals electronics designs and embedded systems
  • Basic understanding of testing of on board DC-DC power supply units, CAN, SPI, I2C, current sensors
  • Understanding and hands on experience of using high accuracy multimeters, DSOs, programmable power supplies, test set-ups to verify boards specs
  • Experience in testing of RELAY and MOSFET based PDUs


Nice-to have Requirements:

  • Prior understanding of test set up and testing battery/BMS
  • Familiar with Industry Standards such as AIS156, AIS004, ISO-26262
  • Familiar with embedded systems design and testing
  • Proficiency with Altium Designer, MPLAB X, Labview
  • Proficiency in at least one coding language (Python, Embedded C)
