Position Overview
The Saraca Company is seeking an
Experienced Senior Hardware Engineer. Saraca India Engineering oversees the design, development, manufacture, integration. This position is located in

Primary Responsibilities
- The engineer would be analyzing customer and system requirements to develop architectural approaches and detailed specifications.
- The duties will include circuit design, requirements and interface definition, modeling and analysis, testing, performance and design verification for projects involving digital and analog circuit design.
- The candidate is required to be hands-on and provide technical leadership in design, development & production.
- Duties will be architecting and creating Hardware design and verification plans, detailed design documents, requirements decomposition and testing and integration of the power supply hardware.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
- Knowledge of sensors, including expertise in selecting, integrating, and utilizing various sensors.
- Develop detailed PCB schematics based on product requirements & specifications.
- Strong knowledge in analog and digital circuit design, including signal conditioning, filtering, and amplification.
- Conduct pre compliance EMI/EMC testing & implement necessary design changes.
- Expertise in controllers and processors, with in-depth knowledge of microcontrollers and microprocessors, including architecture, interfacing, and programming.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging, with strong skills in identifying and resolving hardware issues.
- Comprehensive knowledge of MIL standards, including MIL-STD-464C, MIL-STD-461E, MIL-STD-1275E, and STD JSS 55555 standards.
- Hands-on experience with DC-DC and AC-DC converter designs.
- Proficiency in Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) analysis and good understanding of grounding and shielding concepts, chassis design and simulation of Conducted Emission for power supplies, Middle brook criterion etc.
- Expertise in circuit design and applying Six Sigma principles for analysis.
Typical Education & Experience
Degree and typical experience in engineering classification: Bachelor's and 7 or more years' experience.
