We are hiring for our Global Client for Senior Hardware Design Engineer at Bangalore Whitefield.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Power Circuit Design:

 Design and optimize LDOs, DC-DC converters, and power management circuits for

embedded systems.

 Perform efficiency analysis, thermal management, and EMI/EMC compliance.

Sensor Integration & Analog Circuit Design:

 Work with various sensors (temperature, pressure, motion, etc.) for industrial and IoT

applications.

 Develop and optimize analog front-end circuits for signal conditioning.

Communication Protocols & Digital Interfaces:

 Develop and implement I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, USB, and Ethernet protocols.

 Work on high-speed interfaces and low-latency data transmission.

Connectivity Module Design & Integration:

 Design and integrate Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and RF-based communication modules.

 Optimize RF layout, antenna placement, and wireless signal performance.

PCB Design & Hardware Debugging:

 Create schematics and multi-layer PCB layouts using Altium or OrCAD.

 Conduct signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) analysis.

 Perform hardware debugging using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers.

Testing, Validation & Compliance:

 Conduct board bring-up, hardware validation, and root cause analysis for failures.

 Ensure compliance with FCC, CE, UL, and other industry standards.

 Strong background of design support tools, including simulation, WCCA (worst case circuit

analysis), DFMEA, design reviews,

 Thorough documentation and revision control practices

 Develop design validation plans (DVP), obtain customer approval, and initiate all laboratory,

bench, and simulated product-tests in compliance with the DVP

 Design for maximum cost-effectiveness while meeting all customer performance requirements

 Execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate the performance,

functionality, and durability of hardware products.

 Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting of hardware defects and implement

preventive measures for malfunctions to minimize future occurrences.

 Stay up to date with the latest advancements in hardware testing methodologies and apply

them to improve the overall quality of our products.
