As a senior graphic designer for our Marketing team, your responsibilities will include achieving brand consistency and effective communication in a variety of media through typography, color, space and texture to promote brand awareness and drive engagement. One of the key aspects of your role is a thorough understanding of the right balance between business, design and audience needs.
What Will You Be Involved With?
Creating visually engaging designs for marketing materials across channels that include print, digital and social media
Ensuring a consistent, integrated brand perception and user experience
Designing and updating marketing collateral, including website pages and graphics, brochures, social media visuals, advertisements and diagrams
Designing trade show booth concepts and materials, including signage and branded giveaways
Creating and updating email designs and templates
Designing and formatting slide presentations for internal and external use
Collaborating remotely with team members in different time zones
Mentoring junior-level designer
Overseeing design reviews and critiques
What You Bring to the Table
Flexibility to meet regularly during U.S. work hours
Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Experience creating email templates and web forms in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement/Pardot or other marketing automation software
Proficiency in WordPress and HTML/CSS
Proven ability to deliver well-reasoned, high-quality designs
Good written and verbal communication skills
Pragmatic and analytical problem solver
Open to learning new skills and taking on challenges
Minimum 7-10 years of experience
