Role Description

M/OTG is hiring a full-time, on-site Senior Graphic Designer in Brooklyn, NY.

This is a production-focused design role, supporting a large roster of retainer clients with ads, brochures, newsletters, digital graphics, and ongoing marketing materials.

This is not a branding position — our branding division handles major brand work separately. This role is about fast, high-quality execution that supports active marketing efforts.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong graphic design skills for marketing and advertising
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite
• Fast, responsive, and able to juggle multiple projects
• Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for brand consistency
• Collaborative team player with agency or high-volume experience
