We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead design projects and deliver high-quality visual content for diverse advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate is a conceptual thinker with excellent design execution skills who can transform ideas into engaging visuals across print, digital, and multimedia platforms. This role requires leadership, collaboration, and a strong understanding of branding, marketing, and user experience.

• Lead the development and execution of visual concepts for campaigns, branding, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, account managers, and creative directors to align designs with client goals and messaging.
• Oversee the creation of digital and print assets such as social media graphics, websites, packaging, brochures, OOH (out-of-home) advertising, and more.
• Ensure design consistency across all channels and maintain brand guidelines for multiple clients.
• Present creative work internally and to clients, clearly articulating design rationale.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers and freelancers.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in design and advertising.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure final deliverables meet technical and quality standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an advertising or creative agency setting.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects and XD are a plus).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and high-level design execution across multiple formats.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and translate it into improved designs.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
