📌 Position Overview

We’re looking for a talented and versatile 2D & 3D Graphic Designer to join our client’s creative team. This role demands strong visual storytelling abilities, a flair for translating concepts into spatial environments, and a solid grasp of on-ground feasibility. From creating photorealistic event renders to designing impactful branding collaterals, you will bring concepts to life with precision, speed, and creativity. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced designers with a passion for experiential design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a high-energy, deadline-driven environment.

📝 Job Description

3D Design Responsibilities

• Design event spaces, exhibition booths, stage setups, experience zones, and walkthrough environments in 3D.
• Create photorealistic renders that align with event themes and creative briefs to support internal ideation and client presentations.
• Prepare technical drawings for fabrication teams with a clear understanding of real-world production constraints.
• Collaborate with production and client servicing teams to ensure that the proposed designs are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with the event's logistical and creative goals.
• Visualize large-scale spatial experiences such as installations, pop-ups, or brand activations with material specifications and lighting references.

2D Design Responsibilities

• Design event branding assets such as invites, digital creatives, signages, backdrops, stage panels, and venue collateral.
• Create mood boards, pitch decks, and event presentation layouts that are visually cohesive and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Deliver fast-turnaround visual assets for internal meetings, client approvals, or social media campaigns.
• Support the creation of digital-first collateral when required, including storyboards, UI mockups for event-related tech, or web banners.

Collaboration & Execution

• Participate in brainstorming sessions with creative directors and strategy teams to translate ideas into compelling visual formats.
• Engage in onsite support during events—ensuring final setup reflects approved designs and making quick adjustments where needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design technologies, and material innovations relevant to event production.

💼 Qualifications & Experience

• A graduate in design, communication, fine arts, or related field (formal training in 3D design is preferred).
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in 2D and 3D design roles within event management or experiential marketing agencies.
• Proven experience creating concept-to-execution designs for large-scale events, conferences, product launches, and exhibitions.
• A well-curated portfolio that clearly demonstrates your ability to create innovative and practical design solutions.

🧠 Skills Required

• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW)
• Proficiency in 3D software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, or equivalent
• Working knowledge of rendering engines like V-Ray, Lumion, or similar
• Excellent spatial awareness and understanding of materials, lighting, and fabrication techniques
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with excellent time management
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Eye for detail, originality in design, and creative problem-solving mindset

✅ Good to Have

• Video editing or motion graphics skills (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, etc.)
• Passion for experiential storytelling, sensory design, and trend-driven aesthetics
• Familiarity with AR/VR-based experience design (bonus)
