Apply for Senior Odoo Functional Consultant - ERP/CRM/BI;

Applicants must have prior experience with ERP software and professional expertise in Mauritian Accountancy with 4-5 years of experience. Candidates who do not meet this core requirement will not be considered.

Position: Senior Odoo Functional Consultant

Location: Mauritius (90% Remote and 10% Onsite at Clients)

Type: Contract (long-term, subject to successful completion of probationary period and satisfactory performance)

Remuneration: Hourly Basis (No Fixed Salary/Compensation).

Training: During the first 6 months, there will be 2 months of formal training with internationally recognisable certifications enablement. Deliverables will be expected in parallel.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in pre-sales and sales meetings with business development executives to gather client requirements.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand business requirements and pain points.
• Formally document all requirements and create statements of work.
• Estimate efforts for project implementation.
• Implement ERP/CRM solutions, including modules like HR, Project Management, Finance, Sales, and more.
• Tailor existing Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions to meet client needs.
• Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring solutions meet their evolving needs.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain an entrepreneurial mindset to drive business growth.

Qualifications (Functional Consultant):

4-5

• Years leveraging ERP for clients in Mauritius and internally
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, and/or related fields.
• Nice to have: Mauritius based ACCA/ACA Qualified or Level 3 (nearing completion of the Qualification)
• 4-5 years of work experience in Mauritius in accountancy/audit/finance working with customers daily and leveraging softwares.
• Strong IT skills and knowledge of technology and ERP.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of various industries such as accounting and finance, banking, retail, e-commerce, textile, manufacturing, construction, property management/real estate, healthcare, and much more.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

Next promotional sequence: Lead Consultant, Delivery Lead/Project Manager, Manager, Senior Manager, Associate Director, Director/Partner, Senior Director/Senior Partner.

Work Environment:

• This is a 100% remote job, working with clients and colleagues online, and occasionally working onsite at client premises.
• Teams will meet in the office occasionally. During the probationary period, performance and skills will be reviewed online, as demonstrating these online skills is vital in our predominantly cloud-based business.

Expectations:

• Deliverables will start from day 1, and every day is considered day 1.
• All communication will be as though the client is present, maintaining high expectations and professionalism.
• The role is demanding with very high expectations.
