The engineering team is composed of ex-founders, former leaders at unicorn startups, and top-tier product thinkers. They are now looking for equally ambitious full-stack engineers to help build and scale their next generation of AI products.

What You Will Do

• Architect and build new full-stack workflows and features end-to-end
• Collaborate directly with product, go-to-market, and applied research teams
• Contribute to technical decisions and best practices across the engineering org
• Drive continuous improvement in performance, scalability, and reliability
• Own entire product experiences and ensure fast delivery cycles
• Solve ambiguous problems in high-velocity, high-ownership environments

Ideal Candidate Background

You’re not just an engineer—you’re a builder. You thrive in fast-moving environments where product ownership and initiative matter. You’ve either:

• Helped scale a hypergrowth startup
• Been a founding engineer or technical founder
• Built high-impact products used by real customers
• Delivered successful side projects or worked on emerging tech like AI

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer or across both frontend/backend
• Strong command of TypeScript (required)
• Experience with React, Next.js, Node.js
• Willingness and ability to work onsite daily in San Francisco
• Proven ability to own and ship production-grade features independently
• Motivation to compress traditional dev cycles from weeks to days
• Ability to operate autonomously and fill knowledge gaps quickly

Preferred

• Experience in a high-growth environment (e.g., Series A/B startup, scale-up)
• Background as a founder or early technical hire
• Academic excellence or notable achievements in technical domains
• Experience working with AI technologies or applications
• Familiarity with backend systems in Python, Twilio, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines
• Demonstrated side projects, GitHub contributions, or startup hustle
