The role

A fast-moving product company in the event tech space is looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join their small and talented team. This is a hands-on role focused on building out their main web platform, with a mix of front-end and back-end work.

The team is building tools that combine smart UX with AI and data to help users work better and faster. They’re looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes ownership, and likes building products that people actually use.

What you’ll do

• Build and ship features using React, Next.js, and Node.js
• Help design and develop AI-powered features with tools like OpenAI and LangChain
• Work with designers, product managers, and data teams to bring ideas to life
• Keep things stable and running with solid DevOps practices (AWS)
• Review code, share knowledge, and support other developers
• Contribute to product direction and user experience

What they’re looking for

• Strong experience building web apps in modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Solid knowledge of:
• React (web, and optionally React Native)
• Next.js
• Node.js
• SQL (PostgreSQL is a plus)
• AWS and deployment pipelines
• Experience with or interest in working with AI and large language models
• A product mindset - someone who cares about how things work for users
• Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable with fast-paced environments

Nice to have

• Background in B2B or event-related platforms
• Experience building AI-powered features or tools
• Opinions on UX, design, or architecture
• Familiarity with data tools like BigQuery or agent frameworks like LangGraph
• Interest in shaping engineering culture and ways of working
