Position Overview: We seek a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full-Stack Web Developer with a strong background in creating visually appealing user interfaces, smooth animations, and exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both front-end and back-end development, ensuring the application is scalable and robust to support millions of users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front-End Development: Design and implement engaging and responsive user interfaces with a focus on aesthetics and seamless user experience.
• Back-End Development: Develop and maintain scalable server-side architecture to support the web application.
• Animation and Interactivity: Integrate high-quality animations and interactive elements to enhance user engagement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver a cohesive product.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure the web application is optimized for speed and scalability.
• Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to maintain a high standard of code quality.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the application.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Front-End Proficiency: Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks/libraries such as React (next.js).
• Back-End Proficiency: Strong experience with server-side languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Firebase (firestore etc.).
• UI/UX Focus: Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing interfaces with great attention to detail in UI/UX design.
• Animation Skills: Experience with CSS animations, JavaScript libraries, or other tools to create smooth and engaging animations.
• Version Control: Proficient in Git for version control and collaboration.
• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development processes.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous web development projects, particularly those emphasizing UI/UX and animations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms such as GCP (Firebase).
• Knowledge of database management systems, both SQL and NoSQL.
• Understanding of security best practices in web development.
• Experience with performance monitoring and optimization tools.
