About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to work directly with the Cofounders and take ownership of building and scaling our core product. You’ll design backend architecture, develop scalable systems from the ground up, and ship features quickly.

This is a hybrid, full-time role based in Los Angeles. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to collaborate in person 2–3 days per week.

In this role, you will

• Ship fast and iterate based on real user feedback
• Own the product architecture and technical roadmap
• Design a scalable, clean, and efficient system architecture and codebase
• Establish the culture and standards of a world-class technical team
• Leverage AI to move faster, write smarter, and automate wherever possible

Your background & experience

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 1 year in a senior-level role
• Worked at a startup from early-stage (pre-seed/seed) to product-market fit and beyond 
• ^ Bonus points if you were within the first 5 engineer hires
• C.S. degree preferred
• Experience building and shipping features for consumer-facing products
• Strong attention to UI/UX detail and a deep understanding of user-centric design
• Proficient in multiple front-end and back-end languages, frameworks, and tools including: React, Node.js, Next.js, TailwindCSS, Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Sendgrid/Twilio, Retool
• Strong system-level design skills 
• Have experience building or scaling vertical SaaS, marketplaces, creator tools, or community-driven platforms
