• Strong experience with FastAPI, React, Python, and JavaScript
• Excellent software development fundamentals
• Data analytics & complex query creation
• A clear passion for building, experimenting, and problem-solving
• Confidence to make independent decisions when appropriate
• Humility and openness to collaborate when tackling unknowns
• A builder’s mindset: curious, practical, and always shipping
• Strong English
