The ideal candidate will work with the R&D Software Manager and senior team engineers on developing, maintaining, testing, and troubleshooting R&D System software. Responsibilities: * Develop software using Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Follow company development processes. * Complete tasks on schedule and ensure customer satisfaction. * Communicate effectively with team members and departments. * Maintain knowledge of systems, products, and services. * Design, develop, and maintain code from client-side (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) to server-side (C# and ASP.NET). * Perform extensive software testing and debugging. * Document installation and configuration processes, ensuring applications are up to date. Qualifications: * 10+ years in Object-Oriented Programming. * 5+ years of C# experience; some C & C++ experience. * Experience with C#, C++, and C, OOP principles, Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps, web services, APIs, Microsoft Applications, and operating systems. * Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills. * Ability to work independently and in a team. * Eagerness to learn new technologies. Educational Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in computer science required.
