Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Core Skills:

Backend (Java Development):

• Extensive experience in Java Core, with hands-on expertise in concurrent programming.
• Strong experience with Spring Framework – including Spring Core, Integration, Batch, JDBC, and Hibernate.
• Proficiency in distributed caching frameworks such as Redis or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with cloud computing technologies – containers, microservices, and large datasets (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong experience in databases:
• RDBMS: Preferably Oracle.
• NoSQL: Preferably MongoDB.
• Experience in Investment/Retail Banking applications is a must.
• Must have design expertise and hands-on coding experience to handle millions of records efficiently (fetch and upserts).
• Strong knowledge of code profiling and JVM tuning to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Proficient in algorithms and data structures, optimizing for high performance.
• Familiarity with Linux environments, including scripting skills.
• Experience with SDLC/DevOps tools:
• Version Control: Git, BitBucket
• CI/CD: Jenkins
• Quality & Security: SonarQube, JIRA, secure coding toolkits

Frontend (Angular Development):

• Develop user interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, SCSS/CSS, and HTML.
• Strong expertise in responsive design and software workflows.
• Experience in Figma to Angular conversion (must be an individual contributor).
• Develop and maintain Angular applications, directives, controllers, and services.
• Implement module federation in a micro frontend architecture.
• Conduct unit testing using Jasmine/Karma.
• Ensure high performance and scalability of applications.
