What We’re Looking For:

We’re hiring a Full Stack Engineer to join our passionate tech team and help us scale our step-based wellness platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and wants their work to make a tangible impact.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable features across our mobile, web, and backend platforms

• Integrate and optimize step-tracking features using third-party fitness APIs (Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit, etc.)

• Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to implement intuitive user experiences

• Optimize performance and scalability across services

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code

• Participate in code reviews and share knowledge with other team members

• Help define and improve development workflows and best practices

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in full stack development

• Proficient in ReactJS, React Native, and NestJS

• Solid experience with MongoDB and building RESTful APIs

• Comfortable working with AWS infrastructure

• Hands-on experience with third-party fitness integrations (e.g., Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit)

• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and agile methodologies

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Passion for social impact and health/wellness is a big plus!

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with analytics dashboards or gamification systems

• Prior work in early-stage startups

• Experience working with activity/step-based challenge apps
