We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our founding team. This is a high-impact, hands-on role focused on building core features, architecting scalable systems, and shaping the technical foundation of a platform powering culture-defining events

The Role

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer on the founding team, you’ll collaborate closely with the CTO, design, and product leads to ship production-level code and bring this vision to life. You’ll help transition our platform from an external agency build to in-house development and take ownership of key systems across the stack

This is an ideal role for someone excited by early-stage ownership, fast iteration cycles, and building polished, consumer-facing products from scratch

What You’ll Do

• Architect, build, and maintain the core platform across web and mobile
• Implement and refine key features including
• Guest list & event management tools
• Event discovery & access workflows
• Secure check-in & QR functionality
• Deliverables and influencer marketplace logic
• Integrate third-party APIs (e.g., social authentication, Stripe Connect, analytics, etc.)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design and product teams to deliver a seamless user experience
• Optimize performance and scalability for high-volume events and exclusive activations
• Stay proactive on security, compliance, and privacy best practices for high-profile users.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap, identify gaps, and propose scalable solutions

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of engineering experience with expertise in full-stack development
• Experience building and scaling consumer-facing platforms, preferably in social, event tech, or marketplace spaces
• Proficiency in modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, Firebase, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of mobile development (React Native or Swift/Kotlin a plus)
• Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, Google Cloud, or similar)
• Familiarity with AI/ML for data-driven personalization is a plus.
• Previous experience in early-stage startups or founding experience preferred
