We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with expertise in React, .NET, and Azure to join our dynamic engineering team which owns the Case Strategy product. Case Strategy is a suite of applications which empowers case teams to construct winning cases by quickly and easily defining, validating, and presenting their case strategy, while benefitting from a seamless integration into Relativity and all its features. Case Strategy consists of aiR for Case Strategy and Transcripts applications. This role requires a strong technical background in both frontend and backend development, cloud-based application architecture, and DevOps practices. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications with high-quality user experiences and robust backend services.

Job Description And Requirements

Role Responsibilities:

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Relativity, you will use your development expertise leading software projects to build our software platform, Relativity.

• Develop and maintain modern, scalable web applications using React on the frontend and .NET (C#) on the backend.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL services to support frontend and mobile applications.
• Utilize Azure cloud services (Azure Functions, App Services, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, Azure DevOps) to build highly available, scalable, and secure applications.
• Implement best practices for application performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create responsive and accessible user interfaces.
• Optimize application performance through code optimization, caching strategies, and database indexing.
• Lead code reviews, provide mentorship, and enforce coding standards across the team.
• Work closely with DevOps engineers to automate deployments and integrate CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to architectural decisions.
  
  

Required Technical Skills And Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong React.js experience, including React Hooks, Redux, and component-based architecture.
• Proficiency in .NET Core/.NET 6+ (C#) for backend development.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Azure Storage.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience designing microservices-based and serverless architectures.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket communication.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized applications.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies, TDD/BDD, and design patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience or strong understanding of UI/UX principles can be an additional advantage.

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

181 000 and 271 000PLN

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
