Note: This a fully remote role for UK-based candidates only. We are open to both contract and permanent employees.

Salary range: £50,000-£60,000k per annum

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team.

Invision360 develop software to ensure positive outcomes for vulnerable children and young people, through digital solutions. Requirements

• 5 years of industry experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer or similar role
• Experience working with modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/Typescript
• At least 3 years of experience working with Node.js and React
• Deep understanding of AWS Lambdas, Appsync/GraphQL, DynamoDB, S3
• Ideally, experience using AWS Amplify
• Experience writing unit tests and feature tests
• Experience with agile development (Scrum)
• Experience working on a remote team
• Fluent in written and spoken English

Responsibilities Include

• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
• Design client-side and server-side architecture
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Write effective APIs
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
• Create security and data protection settings
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
• Write technical documentation
• Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software
