About The Role

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our end-to-end web applications and infrastructure. You will be involved in designing, coding, testing, and deploying high-quality software solutions. This role requires a balance of backend and frontend expertise, as well as a strong foundation in best practices for scalable, secure, and efficient software development.

You will report to the Engineering Manager and collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver innovative solutions that enhance our platform. What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain backend functionalities using Java, particularly with a growing emphasis on the Spring framework.
• Collaborate with the frontend team to ensure seamless integration of UI components.
• Utilize your knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript to contribute to the frontend development process.
• Implement unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and system reliability.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance overall system performance.
• Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications across the full stack (backend, frontend, and APIs).
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability to support growing business needs.
• Implement security best practices to ensure data protection and system integrity.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions.
• Continuously improve development workflows by integrating automation, testing, and DevOps practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the technology stack.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive technical innovation within the team.
• Contribute to the company’s culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  
  

What You Will Need

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java, with familiarity in Dropwizard (nice-to-have) and transitioning knowledge to the Spring framework.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with experience working on React projects.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL for writing optimized queries.
• Ability to write unit and integration tests to validate code functionality.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of Python is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Experience in startups or high-growth SaaS companies.
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies or NLP-based solutions.
• Prior experience in engineering teams working remotely across different time zones.
• Knowledge of security best practices and data privacy regulations (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.).
