About Qondor

Qondor is a leading B2B SaaS platform designed for Meetings & Events (M&E) professionals to streamline the entire event process. Trusted by global clients, we enable businesses to manage events efficiently, improve profitability, and enhance collaboration. As we accelerate our international growth, we're looking to expand our engineering team with a Full Stack Developer who has a strong passion for front-end development and is enthusiastic about integrating AI into both their workflow and the products they build.

The role

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for implementing new features and maintaining existing functionality. A seamless user experience is critical, so we are looking for someone who can deliver high-quality UI/UX and is open to leveraging AI to enhance the development process.

You will be part of an engineering team of six, working closely with both your teammates and our product team. Our tech stack includes .NET 9 and C# for the backend, with Vue for the frontend.

Key responsibilities

  • Build user-friendly and intuitive features using .NET 9, C#, TypeScript, and Vue.js
  • Optimize performance and responsive design.
  • Collaborate on shaping and advancing our AI strategy in the front-end.

What we are looking for

We know that no one ticks every single box, and we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every requirement.

  • Strong proficiency in front-end languages and frameworks (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript/Typescript, Vue) and back-end languages and frameworks (.Net, C#, SQL). Experience with databases (Microsoft SQL Server).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex problems and propose effective solutions.
  • A keen eye for UX design and creating user-centered solutions.
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Nice to have: Have a solid understanding of APIs, middleware, and integration platforms.
  • Nice to have: Experience with micro services.

What We Offer

  • A supportive and inclusive workplace where we value diverse perspectives and experiences.
  • A high-impact role in a growing international SaaS company with a people-first mindset.
  • We host two internal developer days each year, where our engineering teams come together in person to share knowledge, collaborate on ideas, and have fun in a relaxed and inspiring setting.
  • We have regular Fun Fridays where you choose how to spend your time—whether that’s learning something new, experimenting with AI tools, fixing something in the codebase, or exploring a side project.
  • We also offer a flexible work schedule to support your personal life. Work from home as it suits you, and we value balance.
  • Competitive compensation.

We believe that a diverse team builds better products. We strongly encourage people of all genders, backgrounds, and identities to apply — even if you're unsure whether you're the "perfect fit".
