What you will do:

• Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Kafka, and Angular/React.
• Security and Scalability: Ensure the security and scalability of applications across all phases of the SDLC.
• Kubernetes/Cloud and Python Implementation: Implement and manage Kubernetes/Cloud technologies and Python-based solutions.
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Task Management: Utilize ticketing systems such as Jira and ServiceNow, and log retrieval tools like Splunk to manage tasks and analyze logs.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with global teams to meet project deadlines and commitments.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Adaptability: Adapt to new technologies and tight timelines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communication: Maintain strong interpersonal and facilitation skills, with effective communication (both written and verbal).
• Planning and Problem-Solving: Exhibit sound planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on development experience Java, Spring, Spring boot, Kafka, Angular/React. With strong understanding in all phases of SDLC, security requirements, multi-tier application development
• Must have Kubernetes/Cloud Technology & Python hands-on knowledge
• Nice to have AI/ML experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis
• Knowledge of ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow and log retrieval tools such as Splunk
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments in an environment that requires multitasking among concurrent projects.
• A go-getter who is not overwhelmed by new technology, tight timelines, or parallel projects
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and flexible to work with distributed global teams
• Strong interpersonal & facilitation skills along with effective communication (both written & verbal) skills.
• Sound planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
